Services

I am a PBX reseller and want to take advantage of the shift in the market from traditional to IP based telephony? How can NetServices assist this business transition?

PBX, networking and CPS resellers are still often completely separate businesses entities. The imminent and ubiquitous replacement of disparate voice and data networks will fundamentally change not just the way customers run their communications infrastructure but will also transform the UK reseller channel.

Convergence opens up a whole host of new opportunity for PBX resellers enabling them to extend the services they offer to their customers to include networking and replacing traditional calls using SIP.

Our Solutions:

  • Voice

Hosted IP Telephony provides an alternative to the traditional on site PBX and is increasingly prevalent as the solution for the SME. Hardware solutions may not always have costed in for the small business in the past however hosted solutions now provide the PBX reseller with an alternative when looking for the right solution for smaller installations. NetServices provide a number of solutions including our NetTalk 'out of the box' hosted voice service as well as our Enterprise Hosted IP Telephony Solution for customers requiring more scalability for the future.

With our SIP Services, traditional PBX integrators who currently compete for CPS revenues can now provide a more value added service based on SIP Services and increase the ability to maximise revenues and retain their customers for the long term. As NetServices becomes an aggregator of minutes to the IP Carriers delivered over an IP network rather than the traditional PSTN our partners can benefit from capturing our long term voice revenues.

SIP Gateway (available October 2007) is the acknowledged protocol to enable presence and mobility solutions. A SIP Gateway removes the need for legacy ISDN connections to sites and runs calls over IP. Call minute rates are cheaper as SIP providers carry aggregated minutes. Costs are further reduced as the hardware and PSTN breakout requirement (ISDN lines and cards) are no longer required.

  • Networking

As the march of convergence continues those resellers previously operating as voice integrators now have the potential to extend their services to include networking. Indeed without the ability to integrate networking into the solution it is becoming increasingly difficult for resellers to offer comprehensive managed solutions. As many do not have the necessary skills set in-house, partnering with NetServices allows you to extend your service portfolio and increase the depth of customer relationships. NetServices offer a range of services including QoS DSL Networks, Managed MPLS networks and Private DSL Networks and work with partners to specify the most appropriate solution in each individual case.

System integration is the key driver for system integrators. Systems integrators must be able to provide converged MPLS networks that can deliver Hosted IPT solutions and must be able to use QoS over IPStream and QoS over DataStream that are both forms of QoS over DSL which are better known as QoS over broadband. MPLS broadband services are critical in delivering SIP trunk networks that are services provided by IP Carriers or SIP Carriers. For long term installs you require QoS DataStream and for short term installs you require QoS IPStream. Converged broadband consists of QoS DSL and QoS ADSL to enable the economical delivery of managed video network solution that includes Video over mobile using mobile broadband technology allowing complete Converged video networks. The capability of being able to provide MPLS VPN, Converged MPLS VPN and managed MPLS VPN services ensures NetServices will remain a key systems integrator. Managed Mobile Networks that deliver mobile leased lines can now from part of managed integrated mobile WAN solutions. Managed mobile data services are available in providing synchronous mobility data services and are instantly available for mobile disaster recovery (DR). In the simplest form managed mobile networks that deliver mobile leased lines are a replacement to a fixed line installation if the installations are temporary, mobile or instantly needed.
